He was predeceased by: his father R. L. Harmon. He is survived by: his mother Mary Grace Winters Harmon; his wife Kim Greene Harmon; his daughters, Melody Winebarger (David) of Vilas and Carrie Harmon of Sugar Grove; his stepsons, Kristopher Blevins of Mountain City and Devan Lewis of Piney Flats, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Rosalee Winebarger of Vilas, Elizabeth Blevins of Newland, Landyn Greenlee of Boone, Oliver Blevins of Newland, Tristan Winebarger of Vilas and Sailor Winebarger of Vilas; and his siblings, Bobby Harmon of Sugar Grove and Sharon Rice (Joel) of Cary, Illinois..
