She was predeceased by: her parents, Grady Ward and Alma Tester Ward; her husband Ralph Junior Matheson; and her brother Albert Ward. She is survived by: her daughters, Phyllis Mast (Manley) of Boone, Myra Miller (Ronnie) of West Jefferson, Cathy McDonald (Bobby) of Sugar Grove and Lisa Matheson of Sugar Grove; and her sister Betty Ward Marshall (Gerald) of Sugar Grove. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
