She was predeceased by: her parents, Don Elmer Phillips and Rosa Pearl Potter Phillips; her granddaughter Faith Elizabeth Isaacs; her brothers, David Phillips, William Elmer Phillips and James Charlie Phillips; and her siblings-in-law, Joseph Norris, Bobby Hicks, Sr. and Cindy Phillips.
She is survived by: her husband Charlie Cline Coffey; her children, Brenda Coffey Isaacs (Michael) of Sugar Grove, Richard Cline Coffey of Elk Park and Randall Wayne Coffey of Elk Park; her grandsons, Josiah David Isaacs of Boone and Andrew Joshua Isaacs of Sugar Grove; her siblings, Georgia Phillips Norris of Boone, Wilma Phillips Hicks of Banner Elk and Wendell Ham Phillips of Elk Park; and her sister-in-law Violet Phillips of Butler, Tennessee.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Friends are welcome to bring their own lawn chairs and the family respectfully requests no hand-shaking or physical contact due to the Covid-19 Pandemic guidelines.
