He was predeceased by: his parents, James Baxter and Virginia Ruth Smith Quinn; and his sister Karen Ruth Quinn. He is survived by: his wife Robin Elaine Sanders Quinn; and his children, Michael Sabin Quinn (Paula) of Cherryville, Andrew B. Quinn (Katie) of Valdese, Alyssa Elaine Quinn (Evan Kuehn) of Indian Trail and Brian Christopher Quinn of Valdese. He is also survived by 6 Grandchildren and 2 Great-Grandchildren.
