He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Millsaps and Mamie Edna Dishman Millsaps; his wife Pauline Presnell Millsaps; his sisters, Rachel Arnette and Kathryn Stapleton; his grandchildren, Keith Farthing and Terry Miller; his son-in-law Darrell Farthing; and his brothers-in-law, Claude Stapleton and Dennie Parks.
He is survived by: his children, Dana A. Millsaps (Pam), Reba Farthing of Sugar Grove and Kathy Eldreth (Denver) of Sugar Grove; and his siblings, Julie Parks, Betty Younce of Toledo and Allen Millsaps (Gail) of Sugar Grove. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, six great-great grandchildren, and one great-great-great grandchild.
