Sheila Gay Golden Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sheila Gay Golden (Stumpy Point, North Carolina), who passed away on April 8, 2025 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Sheila Gay may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Sheila Gay touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her mother Grace Twiford Golden. She is survived by: her father H. O. Golden; and also, Tanya Gillikin, Judy Gillikin, Sammy Taylor, Danny Taylor, Polly Wise (family: Bryan O'Neal), Karen and Dean McClain.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Shiloh Methodist Church (256 Bayview Dr, Stumpy Point, NC 27978).
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Shiloh United Methodist Women.
