We are sad to announce that on October 19, 2023, at the age of 95, Cecilia Gambier Brooks of Stumpy Point, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her sister Gwendolyn "Feather" Raymond of Hockley, TX; her nieces, Dorothy Habermann (Barry) of Canon City, CO, Terry Gellerman (Dan) of Hockley, TX, Nina Raymond (Andy) of Quincy, FL and Alice Young (Gary); her nephew Kenneth Raymond of Rockport, TX.; and her friend Twila Barrick (Mack) of Manakin Sabot, VA.
