He was predeceased by: his father Alexander Hart. He is survived by: his mother Mary Clack Hart; his wife Francine M. Hart; his children, Robert Williams of Pennsylvania, Kathyrn Hart of Charlotte, Karmanisha Norrell of Burlington, Lakisha Jackson (Jerome) of Oxford and Janika Hart of Stovall; his sisters, Elizabeth Hart of Newark, Shirley Brandon (James) of Stovall, Eula Sanford of Stovall and Brenda Chavis of Oxford; his aunt Della Marrow of Bridgeton, Connecticut; his daughter Jeanette H. Chavis; and his close friends, David Lee Perry and Vivian Lucas. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other close relatives and friends.
