She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Asbury Parker and Lillian McClain Parker; her husband Keith O. Chen; and her siblings, Haven Parker, Artrue Parker, Charles Benjamin Parker, Robert Parker, Fred Parker, Willie Eugene Parker, Tallie Parker, Martha Parker Connor and Margaret Parker Simmons.
She is survived by: her daughters, Spring Strickland (Douglas) and Patricia Chen of Teaneck; her grandchildren, Douglas Strickland Jr., Taylor Strickland, Miles Strickland and Zachary Strickland; and her siblings, Farley Parker (Agnes), Alonzo Dale Parker (Bertha), Betty Parker Banks of Stony Point, NC and Carrie Parker Pulley of Stony Point, NC. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, numerous relatives and friends.
