He is survived by: his parents, Claude Mitchell Pharr of Stony Point and Ruby Adams Pharr Coleman of Stony Point; his wife Mitzi Warren Pharr; his children, Jonathan Baker of Hiddenite, Logan Pharr (Aileen) and Amber Wilson (Christopher) of Mocksville; his siblings, Harry Pharr (Renae Teague), Rusty Pharr (Hollie) and Dana P. Loveland (Chris) of Camden, NY; his stepsiblings, Susan, Dineen, Loris and Leon; and his grandchildren, Julian Baker and Alohna Pharr. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
