She is survived by: her husband Ed Forsythe; her children, Shelley Bolick, Bradley Wallace (Lisa), Daniel Burr (Sarah), Debra Burr, Michael Burr (Kate) and Cindy Burr; her grandchildren, James Bolick (Tori), Dallas Bolick, Cody Bolick, Brandon Bolick, Jessica Litton (Austin), David Bolick (Katie Ester), Lauren Wallace, Parker Wallace, Noah Burr, Torie Burr, Lennox Burr, Landon Burr and Reed Burr; her great grandchildren, Hunter Litton, Carter Litton, Noah Bolick, Aiden Bolick and Addison Bolick; and her siblings, Debbie Bentley (Jerry), Barbara Canipe (Rick), Mickey Daniels (Rebekah), Dale Hamm (Maureen) and David Hamm. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Alexander Funeral Service (193 NC-16, Taylorsville, NC 28681). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at the Stony Point Cemetery (231 Ruritan Park Rd, Stony Point, NC 28678).
