It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Johnny H Chapman of Stony Point, North Carolina, born in Alexander, North Carolina, who passed away on November 5, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas "Bun" Claude Chapman and Mary Lou White Chapman; and his son-in-law Larry Goble. He is survived by: his wife Diane Walker Chapman; his children, Johnny "LJ" Chapman (Tracy) of Stony Point and Tammy Chapman Goble of Stony Point; his brother Tommy Chapman (Audene) of Stony Point; his grandchildren, Grayson Chapman and Coleman Chapman; and his parents-in-law, Miller and Ruth Walker of Taylorsville.
