He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Duckwall and Helen Adams; and his great grandchild Justin Michael Montgomery. He is survived by: his wife Cecilia Hammond Culver; his children, Tanya Culver Duhart (Milton) of Orlando, FL, Wayne Montgomery of Union Grove and John Thomas Culver, Jr. of Orlando, FL; his stepdaughter Susan Montgomery of Taylorsville; his grandchildren, Brandon Morse, Teddy Mack, Whitney Duhart and Tyler Wayne James Montgomery; his stepgrandchildren, Brianna Montgomery and Andrea Rose Montgomery; and his friends, Victoria Hager and Austin Moose. He is also survived by six great-granddaughters; three great-grandsons; fives sisters and two brothers.
