He is survived by: his father James Dewey Bolick; his wife Brenda Bolick; his brother-in-law Dan Benfield; his nieces and nephews, Lisa Bolick, Lori Deal (Mark), Angie Eller (Mark) and Beverly Carter (Mark); his grandchildren, Alex Deal, Matthew Deal (Maddalynn), Josh Eller (Jennifer Derewsky) and Lauren Newton (Jamian); his great grandchildren, Grace Eller, Mia Newton and Jordan Newton; his nephew Donley Dillard (Jean); his niece Shannon Dillard; his great-nieces, Ashton Dillard, Becca Dillard and Emily Cheshire; and his great-nephew Andy Cheshire.
