He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Richard Hammer and Opal Dearman Hammer; his siblings, Joyce Harris (Bob Harris) and Frank Hammer; and his brother-in-law Jimmy Gregory.
He is survived by: his wife Kaye Wilson Hammer; his children, Tyson Hammer, Wendy Pope (Brian) and Tamalita Campbell (Dane); his sister Faye Gregory; his grandchildren, Dylan Campbell, Brevin Hammer, Taylor Pope and Abbie Pope; and his great grandchildren, Jason and Harper Campbell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and special friends.
