He was predeceased by: his parents, David Norris "Jack" Sherrill and Ruby Vergene Adams Sherrill; and his siblings, Kenneth Norris Sherrill and Susan "Sue" Fase. He is survived by: his wife Brenda C Sherrill; and his sons, Jody Sherrill (Crystal) of Stony Point, Brennan Sherrill of Stony Point and Kyle Sherrill (Veronica) of Taylorsville. He is also survived by five grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
