He was predeceased by: his siblings, Jim, Tom Moose and Sylvia Brewer; and his mother Pearl Mayberry. He is survived by: his wife Judy Mayberry Moose; his children, Karen Childers (Ricky), Destry Moose and Shawn Moose (Christy); his siblings, Carl, Dwight Moose, Bera Stevenson, Jeanette Siceloff, Loretta Baker, Wilma Nash and Debra Byers; his grandchildren, Shanna Burke (Dustin), Megan Harrington, Jesse Harrington, Grace Moose, Elaina Moose and Annie Moose; and his great grandchildren, Mayson Burke, Micah Burke and Caedyn Burke. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and special friends.
