He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Lynn Moser and Beulah Mae Lackey Moser; and his sons, Clyde Eugene Moser, James Henry Moser and Kenneth Bryant Moser.
He is survived by: his brothers, Kenneth Lynn Moser and Richard Carnell Moser; his children, Gary Lynn Moser of Stony Point, Claudia Moser Davidson (John) of Statesville, Mae Ruth Moser of Charlotte and Marie A. Moser of Charlotte; his brother Henry Malice Moser (Felicia) of Philadelphia; his grandchildren, John Davidson Jr., Jasman Moser, LaKeithen Dalton, James Bryant Moser, Clyde Eugene Moser Jr., Chelsea Moser and Kendyl Ramseur; and also Ray Tavenner.
