He was predeceased by: his parents, William Mowbray and Willie Bell Kesler Mowbray; his wife Linda Sue Billings Mowbray; and his sister Shirley Reavis. He is survived by: his children, Bill Mowbray, Melody Counts (Wade) of Stony Point and Sherry Adams (Andy) of Taylorsville; his grandchildren, Timothy Mowbray (Nikki), Michael Mowbray, Michelle Crowe and Tabithia Chapman (Cole); his brother Sonny Bost; and his niece Vickie Reavis Hinson. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren, special cousin.
