It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bucella Mae Combs of Stony Point, North Carolina, who passed away on January 13, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Stanley and Lola Belle Phillips Stanley; her husband Clyde Hoover Combs; her son Jerry Combs; her grandson Anthony Combs; and her siblings, Albert Stanley, Arnold Stanley, Archie Stanley, Arvil Stanley and Kathy Maltba.
She is survived by: her children, Johnny Combs (Faye) of Hays, Tommy Combs of Wilkesboro, Charles Combs (Tina) of Kalamazoo, Scott Combs (Andi) of Stony Point, Gwen Ellis (Roger) of Hays and Judy Welborn (Randy) of Millers Creek; and her sisters, Wanda Combs of Hays, Brenda Kennedy of Hays and Doris Smithey of North Wilkesboro. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
