It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Wayne Henries of Stonewall, North Carolina, who passed away on June 2, 2023, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Henries and Velma Henries; and his parents-in-law, Charles and Maxine Banks. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Henries; his children, Serenity and Felix Henries; his brother Richard Henries Jr. of Alliance; his brother-in-law Willie Banks (Crystal) of Stonewall; his nephews, Tanner Banks, Tucker Banks, Asher Henries and Cooper Henries; and his niece Piper Henries. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to a charity of choice.
