He is survived by: his wife Barbara Carawan Alfred; his children, Ruth Alfred, Linda Whitham of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Ken Alfred; his grandchildren, Eric, Mark, Carrie (Ryan Voliva), Ever (Seth Whitham) and Stephanie (Brandan Alfred); and his great grandchildren, Jazlyn, Amanda Gayle, Zoe, Adalyn, Kelahni and Ariana.
