He was predeceased by: his parents, James Robert Alley and Ruby E. Hopper Alley; and his sisters, Elizabeth O'Neal, Barbara Ann Shelton and Mary Alley Evan.
He is survived by: his siblings, James David Alley of Stoneville, NC and Teresa Shough (Benton); and his nieces and nephews, Jimmy David Alley, James Leon Alley, Janet Alley Barrett, Mary Townsend and Teresa Lynn Whitfield. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
