He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Helen Gelbaugh Herr Atticks and Russell Herr; his former wife Lisa Ann Herr; his brother Russell Herr; his grandson Mitchell Herr; his wife Jane Sexton Herr; his children, Justin Herr and Jill Decker (Bryce); his stepchildren, Kenneth R. Pruitt (Lisa), Melissa Pruitt and Donald Weddel (Lesia); his sister Sue Plant (Jack); and his sister-in-law Rita Herr. He was also cherished by twelve grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
