He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Mason "Bunk" Shelton and Emma Jane Hill Shelton; and his brothers, Johnny Shelton and Perry Shelton. He is survived by: his siblings, Kevin Shelton, Chris Shelton (Rita), Rhonda Shelton Lawson, Rebecca Shelton Watkins, Pamela Shelton Plummer and Paula Shelton; his nieces and nephews, Joy, Susan, Jason, Matt, Shea, Mandy, Danielle and Macey; his close friend Tosha; and his friend Chris Shelton.
