She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl "Donnie" and Patsy Thomas (Ellis). She is survived by: her husband John Hall; her sister Renee Thomas (Eddie Matthews) of Eden; her parents-in-law, Timmy and Ann Hall of Pine Hall; her cousin Melissa Altizer (Heimey) of Eden; her siblings-in-law, Dawn Nickelston (McCrae) of Lawsonville and Joe Hall (DeAnn) of Stoneville; and her nieces and nephews, Maddi Ashburn, Izzie Nickelston, Jaxson Hall, Braxton Hall and Mason Altizer.

Memorials may be made in Regina's honor to the Rockingham County Humane Society.
