He was predeceased by: his father Paul Elton King, Sr.; his father-in-law George D. Gambill, Jr. (Sallie Born Gambill); and his sister-in-law Linda Gambill Beck. He is survived by: his wife Carol Gambill King; his brother-in-law Alan Gambill (Gail); and his nephews, Richard Gambill (Robert), Shawn Gambill and Justin Gambill. He is also survived by cousins and extended family.
