She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Judson Lewis and Beulah Betty Lewis; her husband Robert Sullivan; and her siblings, Christine Powell, Elizabeth Carter and Walter Lewis.
She is survived by: her niece Modena L. Price of Walnut Cove; and her nephews, Judson "Wade" Carter of Raleigh, Lowell T. Lewis of Greensboro and Phillip W. Lewis of Walnut Cove.
