He is survived by: his wife Carleen Cox Kallam; his sons, Jackie Ray Kallam, Jr. (Sandra), Dickie Dyson Kallam and Phillip Anthony Kallam; his grandchildren, Dickie Kallam, Jr., Amber Kallam, Jason Kallam, Jordan Kallam, Ashley Crews and Phillip Kallam, Jr.; his siblings, Buford Maynard Kallam (Margaret) and Nannie Mae Miller; and his sister-in-law Brenda Kallam. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
