Guy Charleston Lester Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Guy Charleston Lester of Stoneville, North Carolina, who passed away on August 7, 2012, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Lester and Lillie Thacker Lester; his wife Mary Ann McGee Lester; and his siblings, Louie, Mozelle Bryant, Ruth Williams, Cassie Knight and Claudia Hurd.
He is survived by: his sons, Greg Lester (Sandy) of Stoneville, Charlie Lester (Tricia) of Stoneville, Doug Lester of Greensboro, Franky Lester (Barbara) of Eden and Billy Lester (Mary) of Madison; his siblings, Hallie Stone of Richmond, VA and Bobby Lester (Pauline) of Stoneville; his daughter-in-law Karen Lester; and also Michael Cooke. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
