He was predeceased by: his brothers, Walter "Bunk", Moyer, Paul and Clyde Shelton. He is survived by: his wife Ruby Glidewell Shelton; his sons, Warren (Ida) and Dwayne Shelton; his grandchildren, Tyler, Jonah, Julia and Noah Shelton; and his sisters, Jacqueline S. Bowling and Victoria S. Martin (Ted).
