She is survived by: her husband Charles Brent Sutphin; her daughters, Meredith Sutphin Martin of Madison and Jessica Sutphin Smith (Victor) of Madison; and her grandchildren, Nathan Lee Woods, Landon Tyler Woods, Shelby Lynn Smith, Carter Dylan Smith, Kinsey Rivers Smith and Lauren Victoria Smith.
