He was predeceased by: his half-brother Robert Bobby Cole. He is survived by: his daughter Virginia Star Isely (Chris); and his close friends, Mike White and Cheryl. He is also survived by sons, Joseph Ike Southern (Cara Rose) and Dustin Wayne Southern; six grandchildren; brothers, Carl Southern (Alice), Austin Southern (Jean), Sam Southern and Mark Southern (Rhonda); sister, Sue Southern; several nieces and nephews.
