He was predeceased by: his sister Joanne Seay; and his stepfather Lonzea Seay. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Bullins Bibee; his children, Joey Bibee (Anna), Kevin Bibee, Nikki Bibee (Jamey) and Casey Bibee; his grandchildren, Kayla Maness, Megan Bibee, Cameron Maness and Justin Bibee; and his siblings, Lonnie Seay, Ronnie Seay, Glenda Simmons (John) and Gerry Mabe.
