Brad Cox lit a candle

“In loving memory of William Ray Addertion, My thoughts and prayers are with your family. I worked with Pete at the GFD for over 20 years. I was actually one of his training officers. Seeing Pete at work always brightened my day. He was engaging, personable and full of mischief. One particular thing he said, while in recruit training, still makes me laugh to this day! He was an excellent firefighter and a valuable member of the Greensboro Fire Department. He will be missed by so many!”

“My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends. I first met Pete when he was 8 years old and his proud sisters Linda and Brenda were taking him to baseball. They did that for years. He was always a little mischievous in a good way for 8 years old. He grew into a bright , dedicated and loving person. He will be missed by many”
