He is survived by: his grandson Jesus; his wife Pamela Kallam Thomas of Stokesdale; his siblings, Matthew Thomas (Christi) and Renee Thomas; his sons, Christopher (Brittany) and Carlyle; his grandchildren, Aaron, Kaleb, Cameron and Kylie; and his father Clifton Thomas (Caroline).

The family asks that donations be sent to The American Cancer Society in honor of the deceased.
