He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne P. Slagle, Sr. and Pauline Glance Slagle; and his siblings, Sharon S. Owens and Robert Slagle. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Money Slagle; his children, Elenor Zandalee Slagle of Asheboro and Eben Wayne Slagle of Wallburg; his sister-in-law Amy K. Slagle; his niece Debra McArdle (Garrett); his great-niece Michelle; his great-nephew Jacob McArdle; his nephew Logan Owens; his son Asher Owens; his siblings-in-law, James Money (Beth), Shirley Jordan (John) of Reidsville and Sue L. Moore of McLeansville; and also Sarah Slagle.
