She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus H. Pegram and Stella Holland Pegram; her siblings, Virginia Pegram Riggs, David Pegram, Jay Pegram, Bob Pegram and Wiley Pegram; and her nieces and nephews, Haley Jo Plummer, Wanda Lawson, Keith Pegram and Ricky Pegram.

She is survived by: her husband James L. 'Jimmy Williams; her siblings-in-law, Joan Pegram of Kernersville, Pat Pegram Sieg of Stokesdale and Donald Williams (Mary Ann) of Stokesdale; her nieces, Cathy Riggs Plummer, Rhonda Pegram Turbyfill and Stella Pegram McNeil; her daughter Donna Pegram; and her nephews, David Pegram, Randy Pegram, Shane Pegram, Johnny Pegram and Roger Riggs.

Due to Covid concerns, the family will not be present.

“My deepest sympathy to the family of Sybil Pegram Williams. My name is Sybil Plaster Tilley. Sybil Pegram met at Stokesdale Elementary in the first grade. We were classmates and friends from the early years. During our senior year of high school at Northwest I married and moved to High Point. The years passed and we had very few reunions.”
