He is survived by: his parent Flora Nelson Barrow; his wife Jenny J. Barrow; his children, Janet Barrow of Stokesdale, Jama Barrow of Reidsville and Phil Barrow, II; his wife Jennifer of Oak Ridge; his brother Ted Barrow of Summerfield; his grandchildren, Heather Adams (Dustin), Jacob Ridlon, Phillip M. and Luke Barrow; and his great grandchild Dawson Adams.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Stokesdale Christian Church, 8607 Stokesdale Street, Stokesdale, NC 27357.
