She is survived by: her children, Mark Neal, Joyce N. Almstead (Steve) and Jeff Neal (Michele); her grandchildren, Chris Freeman (Sabrina), Will Neal (Chelsie), Hayley Almstead, Neal Almstead, Travis Neal, Amy Neal and Kelsi Lauer; her siblings, Harvey Martin, Shelby Williams, Marie Knight (Mike), Pat Carter and Dot Carter (Bobby); and her siblings-in-law, Ann Martin, Carlene Neal, Williams Shelton and Gary Shelton. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
