She is survived by: her husband Wayne Cox of Stokesdale; her children, Terri Whitstine of High Point, Mark Whitstine of High Point, Tammie Whitstine of Randleman, Tracy Robinson (Dean) of Canton, Misty Locklear (John) of Stokesdale, Doug Cox (Angela) of Summerfield and Damion Cox (Rebecca) of Greensboro; her grandchildren, Eddie Belton, Brandon Belton, Joshua Whitstine, Chelsea Robinson, Dakota Locklear, Caden Cox, Victoria Adams and Hunter Gilmore; and her siblings, Ann Jordan (John), Arden Purgason (Jimmy), Kimberly Warren and Tommy Yates. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
