He is survived by: his wife Betty Edwards Rhodes; his daughters, Vicki Moore (Keith) of Stokesdale and Julie Beck (Allen) of Lancaster, SC; his grandchildren, Taylor Freeman, Nicholas Freeman, Heather Urbanowski (John), Ryan Moore, Kaitlin Moore, Trey Beck and Jonathan Beck; his great grandchildren, Parker Beck, Payton Beck, Atlas Beck, A. J. Urbanowski and Allie Urbanowski; and his sisters, Elizabeth Burrell of Tryon, NC and Dorothy Ann Thompson of Columbus, NC..
