He was predeceased by: his brother Travis Stanley; and his grandfathers, Odell Shupe and Thurston Eugene Stanley. He is survived by: his parents, Richard Stanley and Angela Shupe Stanley; his wife Kristin; his children, Corbin and Camden Stanley; his brother David Stanley; his grandmother Brenda Shupe; his uncles, Tally Shupe (Kim), Bobby Stanley (Janet), Thomas Stanley (Donna) and Donald Stanley (Lisa); his aunt Klara Threatt (Michael); and his nephew Hunter Stanley. He is also survived by cousins, extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
