It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Johnnie Beth Black Robertson Stacy of Stokesdale, North Carolina, who passed away on April 26, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nathan Luther Black and Bertha Ella Wright Black of Cherryville, NC; her husband Robert G. Stacy; and her grandson Adam W. Sharpe. She is survived by: her daughters, Carla Robertson Sharpe (Wesley) and Rita Robertson Smith (Mitch). She is also survived by six grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren and many beloved nieces and nephews.
Following the service, Johnnie will be transported to the Gaston Memorial Park Cemetery in Gastonia, NC for a short graveside service and interment at 2 p. m.. (COVID-19 guidelines will be observed.).
In lieu of flowers, Johnnie's wish was for any memorial donations be made to Liberty Wesleyan Church, P.O. Box 579, Summerfield, NC 27358.
