He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Thomas Roberts, Sr. and Mary Cassie Tucker Roberts; and his siblings, Charles Hampton Roberts (Hamp), E. T. Roberts, Jr., Dorothy Atkins, Beulah Lineback, Evelyn Holt and Lila Mabe.
He is survived by: his sisters, Mary Bullins and Agnes Faust.
In lieu of flowers, a contribution to funeral arrangements can be sent to Colonial Funeral Home in Madison in honor of John C. Roberts.
