He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse H. Lowe, Jr. and Frances Chandler Lowe Wilson; his sister Cynthia Diane Lowe; and his nephew Amir Lowe. He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Lowe (Jennifer) of Walnut Cove, NC, Shanae Lowe Ashrah (Ali) of McLeansville, NC and Gary Scales (Sharon) of Walnut Cove, NC; his siblings, Peggy Love (Robert) of Stoneville, NC, Duane Lowe of High Point, NC, Mary Shaw (Vernon) of Stoneville, NC and Deanna Edmonds (Jermaine) of Atlanta, GA; his stepbrother Henr Wilson, Jr. of League City, TX; his grandchildren, Jordan, D'arrria, Jahsiah, Braylon and Brynley; his nieces, Courtney, Amber (Jimmy) and Alisha; his nephew Aiden; and the mother of his children Sarah "Tene" Scales Lowe.
Viewing was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Perry Spencer Funeral Home (402 Short Ave, Madison, NC 27025). Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Oak Springs Missionary Baptist Church (9070 US-158, Stokesdale, NC 27357). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
