He is survived by: his spouse Lyn Dillard; his children, Lori Ann Leak of Colfax and Robert A. Dillard of Midland, TX; his sisters, Mary Abrahams (Lonnie) of Waco, TX and Deb Stowe of Gordon, TX; and his grandchildren, Officer Trainee Micah Daniel, Haiden Leak, Liam Leak, Kaitlyn Cavazos and Zachary Cavazos.
