It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Ozment Weeks of Stokesdale, North Carolina, who passed away on December 19, 2024, at the age of 108, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Cleveland and Ethel Brame Ozment; and her husband Alton Clyde Weeks. She is survived by: her children, Betty Weeks Stantliff and Alton Clyde Weeks, Jr. of Summerfield; her grandchildren, Kevin M. Stantliff (Melissa) of Summerfield, Karen S. Peterson (Jim) of Charlotte, Brad Weeks and Bart Weeks (Wendy) of Jamestown; her great grandchildren, Dustin McCoy and Cooper Stantliff of Summerfield; and her great great grandchild Paisley McCoy of Summerfield.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the First Baptist Church of Summerfield (2300 Scalesville Rd, Summerfield, NC 27358). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to First Baptist Church of Summerfield, 2300 Scalesville Rd., Summerfield, NC 27358 or to a charity of the donor's choice.
