She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Pegram and Mozelle Pegram; her son Dennis E. Smith, Jr.; the father of her children Dennis E Smith, Sr.; her siblings, Magdalene Stewart (Charlie), Alvin Pegram (Marylene), Nancy Isley and Marvin Pegram; and her brother-in-law Lynn Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Dawn Perry (Richard) and Daniel Smith; her grandchildren, Chris Perry (Brittany), Joseph Perry (Aja) and Jessica Fischer (Kevin); her great grandchildren, Cooper, Levi, Asher, Isla, Harper, Hudson, Maximus and Gianna; her daughter-in-law Debbie Smith; her siblings, Judy Smith and Micky Pegram (Elaine); and her siblings-in-law, Ray Isley and Shirley Pegram. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
