He is survived by: his wife Suzi Sasson; his children, Shelley Spears Perry (Keith) of Tifton and Brett Spears of Oak Ridge; his brother Jack Spears (Patti) of Jacksonville; and his granddaughters, Samantha and Kaitlyn Perry. He is also survived by his colleagues, his friends, and his family.
